In a tricky downtown backing situation, truck driver John Doe is backing his tractor-trailer in a stretch between two buildings. Jamming to one of his favorite songs, Doe failed to see a Mustang enter into his path. The car stopped, but not before Doe’s trailer backed over the car. Was this crash preventable or not?
