Kenworth announced TruckTech+ Service Management, an update to its remote diagnostics system that allows fleet managers to monitor the status of a truck service or repair in real time. It also provides the truck’s service history, parts catalog, chassis information and service bulletins to allow technicians to more quickly diagnose and solve maintenance issues.
“We are launching TruckTech+ Service Management to be a complete service lifecycle solution,” said Mike Dozier, Kenworth general manager and PACCAR vice president, during a press conference at the 2016 American Trucking Associations Management Conference & Exhibition in Las Vegas. “It will continue to revolutionize how we manage the customer experience in maintenance.”
Kenworth partnered with Decisiv to develop TruckTech+ Service Management. Kenworth will offer the fleet portal for customers to access the service early next year and is expected to roll out to dealers throughout 2017.
New 52-inch sleeper option for T680 Advantage

Factory-installed FlowBelow aerodynamic products, including wheel covers, also are available. The truck also is equipped with Kenworth’s predictive cruise control and neurtral coast features to further improve fuel economy.
